The Library is Open, 3/22 (Wednesday)

Zero has decided to actually do library-related work today. Wonder of wonders. She opens up the library promptly and sets to work, after setting out a box of danishes from Jeff, God of Biscuits and a carafe of coffee behind the collections desk where no one but official library personnel can get to them. She'll be here all day.

((I, however, will probably not be on until late afternoon/eveningish, so I thought I'd better get this up now so people can use the library throughout the day.))

"Let's look at the order form and find out," said Janet. "I'm sure Professor Wagner would like suggestions on ways to make the students' lives easier."

"Oh, good, informal! Here, I'll do it," said Janet, holding out her hand. "What about the Dummies books too? Do you think they'd work out?"

"Those would be good, too. We could set them up as, like, the first line of defense for reference questions. The off-world people would probably use them a lot."

"Maybe they'd be insulted?" asked Janet. "Though they're not actually meant to be insulting. They're just very clearly-written guides."
