Rory came into the library after ACJ, and took a seat behind the desk with her iPod.

Parker came in after ACJ with a small envelope in her hand. "Here. Photos from the pageant. And a couple of Annie, the Vampire Slayer."

"Yay!" Rory said, grinning. "Granted, it's tights and drag. But still, better than nothing, right?"

"Definitely. And the green room photos aren't really embarassing at all, although you have the awkward of Logan standing right there." Parker cocked her head. "Did I hear that today was his birthday, by the way?"

"Yup," Rory nodded. "He's eighteen. And I can arrange stuff around these so that Logan doesn't show," Rory said, studying the photos. "Though it might make it tough with, um, me leaning on him." She sighed. "I swear. When he's back, I am sitting him down with a camera and getting pictures of us, damn it. Because this is ridiculous. I have more of me and Jess, and that is pathetic."

"Which one was Jess? The one that took off and left, or the other one?" Parker slid onto a spinny-chair, and bit her lip. "Did you watch much of Lee and I (http://community.livejournal.com/fandomhigh/690105.html?thread=33071289#t33071289) rehearsing last night? I know it was crazy, but...."

Blair walked carefully into the library and kept his eyes down as he reached the counter. "Um, where's the medical section?"

"Blair? Is everything okay?" Rory asked, concerned.

"No...yes...I don't know." Blair shrugged and looked up at Rory and then adjusted his backpack in front of him more. Apparently concerned librarian aides made him...happy.

"Books?" There was nothing happy-inducing about books, right?

"Are you sure? I mean, is there anything I can do?" Rory was discreet enough to not ask what exactly was wrong, thankfully.

"No, nothing you can do. Maybe stay away! Yeah, like where I can't see you. I'm probably allergic to you so you should just point and stay right here." Blair nodded firmly, still not making eye contact. "Right here...faaar away from me."

Rory's leaned back in her chair, reading On the Road for absolutely no significant reason.

She has muffins. She's chewing on a blueberry one as she waves to Rory.

Rory waved back, looking up from where she had been reading something in the margin. "How goes it?"

"Good," Angela said. "I'm all exited about England." As if to prove her point, she pulled a copy of Let's Go London out of her backpack. "I'm trying to decide where I want to go most. Do you think we'll get time to just explore?"

Peter walked into the library with his notes for Government. He had a midterm tomorrow, after all.

If it seemed that he was trying to figure out if a specific someone was behind the circulation desk, it's because he was. Not seeing that person (which could admittedly be difficult), he waved to Rory, took a seat, and started studying.

Rory's brow creased, and she crossed over to Peter. "Looking for something in particular?" she asked with a raised eyebrow.
