Philosophy 201- Monday- 1st period

The students would be in the Danger Shop Theater a moment longer than usual before Jaye walked in after some whispered arguing from outside. And when she did walk in, she was followed closely by a walnut hitting her head.

If you were sitting close to the front, you might have even heard the muttered, "I will not press charges against squirrels, I will not press charges against squirrels..." through clenched teeth.

"Anyway," she said, "today you're getting He Doesn't Really Like You That Much, wherein a bunch of female celebrities act like they can't get a man even if they're horrible. Seriously, if you don't want to punch at least one character by the end of this... you might want to check in with our guidance counselor. Also, why don't you give me an essay on your philosophy of why you don't need a significant other."

The needy Gigi Haim is a young woman seeking her prince charming somewhere amongst her unsuccessful dates. After dating estate agent Conor Barry, Gigi anxiously expects to receive a phone call from him. However Conor never calls her. Gigi decides to go to the bar where he frequents to see him, but she meets his friend Alex who works there. They become friends and Alex helps Gigi to interpret the subtle signs given out by her dates.

Okay, yes, this was terrible. And not in the 'Hey, at least Matthew McConaughey looks like he's enjoying himself, that's something' way.

Really, it just proved to Jessica that her choice to not pursue anything was a legitimate idea.

Wooooow. Okay, Cade would totally sleep with every woman in this movie, but call them again?

Nope. Not a chance.

Did that make him part of the problem? Probably. But he didn't care.

If I was dating someone, they might try to take me to a movie like this under the assumption it would be romantic.

I would like to fall in love someday, but right now I'm too busy with school and my career. Also, I've never met a guy who could live up to my brother.
