Some extra tables had been set up in the shade of the trees on the lawn, away from the buffet in spots where it might be less crowded and much quieter. Well, aside from the mariachi band, but at least their music was entertaining? They might even take requests!

Luke chuckled and shook his head. "Sadly, no, none of our fights have been filmed. Besides, that one was just a misunderstanding, he thought I was someone else."

He paused.

"Actually he thought I was me, but me from the future."

And this is why Luke was his favorite god on the island. Never mind that there were only three of them aside from Loki.

"I will be certain to have mine brother speak with you about my behaving here should he visit." Because that would totally convince him. Yup.

Well, there was that. "I have informed those who write about mine brother fornicating with his teammates that they are sorely mistaken. He fornicates with the Lady Sif. Who is very lovely."

Whose body he'd once stolen. Which wasn't awkward at all.

"I was told photographs or that it had never occurred."

"I'm pretty sure if I brought up fornicating with someone they would be weirded out and say no," Luke said. "Or laugh so much that I wouldn't want to sleep with them."

"That's just--" Luke had to stop himself when he realized that Loki was tiny and picturing that was weird (despite the fact Percy was his age when they started dating). "Forgive me, I'm Greek. We're romantics."
