Fandom High Welcome Picnic, Front Lawn of the School, All Day: Part II

Some extra tables had been set up in the shade of the trees on the lawn, away from the buffet in spots where it might be less crowded and much quieter. Well, aside from the mariachi band, but at least their music was entertaining? They might even take requests!

"I'm pretty sure if I brought up fornicating with someone they would be weirded out and say no," Luke said. "Or laugh so much that I wouldn't want to sleep with them."

"That's just--" Luke had to stop himself when he realized that Loki was tiny and picturing that was weird (despite the fact Percy was his age when they started dating). "Forgive me, I'm Greek. We're romantics."

That was one way of putting it.

"Thanks," he said. "I know a lot of Zeus's exploits don't count as romantic but...he's special."

"If Zeus were here he'd probably strike me down before I even got a chance to apologize for what I did to him," Luke said, shaking his head. "And I'll count on you to pull off some sort of revenge should that happen."

Loki made a face. "I would not allow him to," he insisted. "I would--call Thor."

Because that would be his best option of surviving, you see.

Yeah Luke thought that option would be safer for Loki as well. "That would be interesting if it doesn't cause an all out Greek versus Asgard war."

Well that kind of war would also be interesting but Luke was good now and had to at least pretend it wouldn't be cool to see.

Yes, that was a high-five for assaulting Mount Olympus with an army of demons.

Well Luke wasn't about to resist a high-five. Mostly because he could now tell people he high-fived Loki. "Thank you. Other people don't find it excellent but I'm still kind of proud of it."
