Library is Open, Wednesday 2/1

Zero opens the Library and heads back into the stacks, returning a few minutes later with that which she sought: The Amethyst Flower, the sequel to The Jade Flower. Today, there will be silly romance novels, and it will be good.

Eighth strides into the library and sees the young woman intently reading. "I hate to bother you," she says smoothly. "But could you help me for a moment?"

"Yes, thank you, I'm looking for any texts that you might have on identity crises," she asks blithely.

Eighth sighs and wonders why on earth she decided to go look at information stored in tactile objects.

"Well, let me see the call numbers then," she says. "And I do thank you for your assistance," she adds as an afterthought.

Eighth easily memorizes all of the numbers and then looks up at the young woman with a small smile. "Thanks, I do appreciate it. Have a lovely day."

And she strides off to find a book or two that might help.
