The P.A. crackles to life.

"We shall be opening our doors to the poor, powerless townsfolk. They are to gather in the gym. Volunteers to help organize blankets, bedding, food, and etcetera would be very welcome."

Smith then walks down to the gym, props open the doors, and walks away. This was going to be a mess, and he felt ignoring it would be the best method to deal with it, rather than letting his head explode. Again.

On her way around the room, Ivanova noticed the sleeping boy and scrounged up a pillow and blanket for him. She hoped he wasn't allergic to cats as she draped it over him and tucked the pillow under his head. She made sure to check on him for the rest of the night.
