The P.A. crackles to life.

"We shall be opening our doors to the poor, powerless townsfolk. They are to gather in the gym. Volunteers to help organize blankets, bedding, food, and etcetera would be very welcome."

Smith then walks down to the gym, props open the doors, and walks away. This was going to be a mess, and he felt ignoring it would be the best method to deal with it, rather than letting his head explode. Again.

"Well we have some students who stay in the town and so I was planning on students rooming with other students and then if it came to more adults then students needing the rooms and not enough teachers volunteering an extra bed. That we could possibly lay the mattresses out in the common rooms instead of having to carry them all the way down here to the gym." Maia said very thoughtfully "This is just so we have a list of who is where and then how to distribute where people are staying that sort of thing and if we need to move the mattresses out into the common rooms."
