Announcement and Refugee Hosting in The Gym, Friday Evening

The P.A. crackles to life.

"We shall be opening our doors to the poor, powerless townsfolk. They are to gather in the gym. Volunteers to help organize blankets, bedding, food, and etcetera would be very welcome."

Smith then walks down to the gym, props open the doors, and walks away. This was going to be a mess, and he felt ignoring it would be the best method to deal with it, rather than letting his head explode. Again.

[ooc: Huzzah! Townies can come to this post for their safety and warmth! Screening is disabled! Students and Teachers are welcome to organize something... but as it's an emergency, we hath not actually organized the refugee effort! Organize! Be Swift! But above all, interact and have fun!]

Togusa thought for a bit. "Manage food and have people do specific jobs. Like food handouts, make sure that there's no conflicts, maybe go around the school and hunt for more supplies? Batteries, flashlights, stuff like that, just in case the generator goes out."

Victor ran into the gym after hearing the annoucement. Recognizing Blair and Togusa, he came up to them.

"Hey, guys...how can I help?"

Togusa waved. "We're talking about rounding up supplies and stuff, Victor. How are handling this?" He looked over at Blair. "I guess. I was thinking of going out on my tank to look for people. "

Blair eyed the door to the outside warily. "Um..I wouldn't, but it's up to you, man. Just be careful."

Togusa stood up and brushed off his jeans. "Not to worry. That tank is study enough. Plus I'm sleeping in it tonight anyway. I might just bring it in. Hang on the ceiling or something." He moved on to look at the people.
