He's not quite sure how he feels about that.

Finding the journalism classroom closed, Angela makes her way to the library, bearing a bag of chocolate-chip cookies. "Hi, Dr. Pierson. Want a cookie? They're from my secret Santa," she says, around a mouthful of crumbs. "Came with a book on mythology."

Methos grins at her. "I always want a cookie." He takes it, regards it thoughtfully, then bites into it. "I hope it's not like the cafeteria food."

"Or the JA bake sale," Angela points out. "I mean, I ate one, and I'm fine. I think they're just regular cookies." Concern creases her face. "I hope they are."

"Let me take another one, just in case," Methos says slyly. And winks.

Marty drops by the front desk and swipes a cookie from Angela before he goes to talk with Crichton.

"Hey you. Feeling better?"

"Much," Angela says. "I talked to Veronica this morning. Sounds like she had a fun night, by which I mean exactly no fun at all to remember."

"You aren't feeling sick yet, are you?"

Marty smiles. "At the moment I feel fine. However if I do come down with a cold you are more than welcome to abandon me for the weekend and never call in retribution for my suckiness."

"Shut up, I already told you I didn't think you sucked for that," Angela says gently.

She blinks a few times., "Hey,, completely different topic, but isn't our three-month anniversary Friday if we go from our first kiss? I think we both completely forgot last month."

Marty smiles. "Well... there was a lot going on that month. But you're right, Friday is our anniversary. We should do something to celebrate."

Angela smiles back, looking just a little goony. "We should. I don't know, you'll probably think this is weird, but, um, how about an indoor picnic? We could get yummy nibblies from the NPC Delicatessin, feed each other with our fingers, all that stuff."

Marty's grin also hits goony levels. "Yeah actually that sounds pretty good to me. I'd love to do that."

"Okay, then. We'll ... do it. I'll buy the food, you just show up."

She gives Marty a quick kiss, then grins and bounces a little as she gets back to work.

Rory blearily eyed Angela and her cookies as she took a seat beside her and rested her head in her hands.

Angela glances at Rory, concerned. Bringing up anything to do with Veronica, Logan or Caritas seems like a very bad idea.

"Tired? Want a cookie?"

Rory accepted the cookie. "Not tired. Spacewhiskey. So hungover."

Angela raises one eyebrow. "Anakin Skywalker? I think his name was attached the last time I heard about spacewhisky."

Rory nodded, and quickly regretted it, clasping a hand to her head.

"Ow. Yes. Anakin."

"Poor Rorykins," Angela says as her mun realizes that's the PERFECT shipper name for RoryAnakin omg!!!11eleven!.

"Um. Do you need aspirin or water or anything, or just ... quiet?"

"I'm fine. What I really need? Is to talk to Logan," Rory said, keeping her eyes shut. "Anything exciting going on in here today, so far?"

OMG that occurred to me the other night when Krycek called me that on IM. Baaahhhh. It's such a *cute* name.

"Did Veronica call you yet? She called me this morning," Angela says. "I don't know what she thought she, like, had to apologize to me about."

"The only big news is, um, Lee Adama is all happy for some reason, Marty and Cole Turner are continuing their whole glaring thing, and Dr. Pierson is going to be a history teacher so we're getting a new librarian next term."

"No, Veronica didn't call," Rory sighed. "Interesting. I really have no interest in talking to her."

"And Lee's always all...perky, when he's not being incredibly emo. Marty and Phoebe's boyfriend have some kind of glaring contest, and...oh no. That makes me sad. Is Dr. Pierson taking the salamander?"

"I can't believe she'd call me and not you," Angela sighs. "I mean, I don't have an issue with her, assuming it really was a gremlin bite. But I get that it's up to you whether you want to talk to her or not -- if it had been Marty, I'd be ready to stab both of them, so I'm being a total hypocrite."

"And yeah, the usual stuff and then ... Dr. Pierson is going. I'm not sure about Dante."

"Yeah. I should've given Logan the opportunity to explain. But he was being an ass," Rory said bitterly. "We were both mad."

She pouted. "I like Dante. Maybe I'll sign up for one of Dr. Pierson's classes or something."

"I totally can't have a conversation when I'm mad," Angela admits, then flushes, remembering her fight with Rory the month before. "Which you kind of know. And boyfriend-mad is even worse than friend-mad."

"I might take a class with Pierson too. I don't know, there's too much I want to take and I think I only have time for four classes. I was going to keep Journalism, but Lee said we might get some new teacher and .... I dunno. Mr. Jerusalem is insane, but he's familiar insane, y'know? I'm not sure I can deal with new insanity."

Rory smiled wanly. "Yeah, I'm like that. I get all irrational and I talk in circles. Which..." she winced, "yeah, you know. And you know how stubborn Logan is." She lowered her head and rested it on the tabletop.

"New journalism teacher?" Rory asked the floor. "Why is he leaving? And, yeah, familiar insane is good. At least I know what to expect with him."
