One by one the students would be dropping by on their nicely simulated dojo, only to find Faith already there, stretching. Well, at least it was better than to be greeted by a completely uninterested glance. This time as well she kept it quiet until the time for her class actually started as well. Being as unresourceful as she was with words, she wasn't about to misuse the few ones she had prepared beforehand. Still, each student would get a small nod as a greeting, and then ordered to sit quietly on the tatami -no chairs this time, but the padded floor was pretty comfortable-, or to stretch as well; as long as they remained silent, it was fine for her.

Once the time for the class to start actually arrived, she got the group sitting in the tatami, and cleared her throat.

"And now it's time for class number two; I expect you have been training all this time."

She didn't, actually, but it was fun to make them feel guilty.

"Last time we got into the basics, and saw our first kata; hard isn't it? At least for those without experience, the approach was probably a pain in the ass." Faith smirked. "That was the idea; that kata isn't the first or the easier that there is; actually, it's a pretty long one, considering most katas last less than a minute." Oh Faith, you were such a bad, bad person. "Anyway, this second class was thought to be focused entirely on learning a new kata, but come on, you didn't sign into this class to do the same stuff all the time. So, while we will be seeing another kata indeed, and I promise this one will be far more accessible, I'll also test your overall fighting skills; one by one I'll be having a one-on-one with you." Malicious smiles ensued here as Faith walked around the group. "This won't be a real fight, and I'll be letting you land some attacks on me, actually, but this will serve for me to be able to point your weak spots, so you can keep them in mind if you ever need to defend yourselves."

And now Claudia was convinced she was about to die.

Yeah, she clearly had about zero experience with this stuff.

"...You really wanna do this?"

Faith was concerned, really.

"I gotta at least try, right?"

Claudia was not one to say no to trying things.

"Just, uh. Try not to kill me."

"Killing any of you would surely look back on my, errr, professional report or whatever." Mostly whatever. "Alright...let's do this." She stood in front of her and directed the girl's movements to make a simple judo throw. "I would say you are better off with a steel bar and a gun, but if you don't have those, learning some tricks might be useful."

And while she was letting her practice the throw, Faith was so no ending in the mat just to teach her.

"Right. So, gotta learn how to use a gun." Maybe she could make something nice and non-lethal yet gun-like?

She gave the practice moves a shot, again focusing on the transference of energy throughout the process. "So this is kind of just about altering the center of balance so you've got a chance of overcoming inertia."

Yeah, she was still a huge nerd.

"If you think that would help..." Slayers usually disliked firearms, mainly because nearly anything their fought was harmed by modern weaponry...but Claudia could obviously use some firepower.

"Eh...sure; just make sure to throw them to them floor."

"Potato potato." Claudia shrugged. "And people say that not everything is physics."

She...was not going to answer that. "Just practice whenever you can."

Claudia saluted. "Will do, teach."
