Library [03/07]
It was just another day in the library, damn it.
Jono had heard the radio last night, yes, and he was well aware that the entire island had gone absolutely barking mad, but, come hell or high water, he was going to do his best to make certain that today was just another day in the library, damn it.
... Mostly, this involved playing Farmville.

Re: Morning
Keira hadn't quite advanced to the stabbing-him-in-the-back part, yet. Mostly because Jak didn't know about her and Erol yet. "Yeah, ex-girlfriends are weird." Sort-of ex-girlfriends, in one case, really ex-girlfriends in the other, you know, weird.
Re: Morning
Yep.
... Yep.
//Mine up and informed me of th'same over spring break, actually.//
See? Commiseration over insane females from times long past. Totally manly.
Re: Morning
Re: Morning
Also, she'd tried to eat him.
Re: Morning
"Yeah, you have to love it when they do that," Jak said, philosophically. "She complained I'd changed and the whole place was creepy." Yep. "I don't know how that's my fault or my problem."

Re: Morning
Jak knew he could rely on Jono to get it. See? That was the whole problem, right there. He nodded along.
"It doesn't apologize, and it doesn't bend back into the right shape." Which was a lesson both of his sort-of ex-girlfriends should learn. Seriously. He made a gesture at his head, clearly representing insanity. "But no, that's too hard to get."
Re: Morning
Said the guy who was currently dating the anthropomorphic personification of Death, yes.
//There's got t'be a real, tangible scapegoat. So Prince Charming takes up a new role. Even if he didn't choose the outcome.//
Re: Morning
It wasn't sulking. Or brooding. Or anything like that. He had a right to be angry, dammit. They both did. They had a right to--
"We should go find a bar tonight," he decided. He could grab a beer, Jono could attack the jukebox...
Re: Morning
You never knew who you might run into around here while you were busy coping with the aftermath of girls and life. A quick jaunt out to the mainland, one that wasn't his reality or Jak's, seemed far safer.
Re: Morning
Jak idly pushed away from the counter. "Causeway, eight."
