Yes, there were even more tents on the other side of the lawn.

Yes, the tables and chairs that had been set up there were still close to the ice cream.

"I'll just tell her you ordered me to put them back on and who am I to argue with you," he suggested.

"Oh, right, you pass the blame on to me," she teased.

"It's the excuse that makes the most sense!" he said, arms spread wide. "No one would fault the girlfriend for asking the boyfriend to put his clothes back on."

"'I don't want to get burnt' wouldn't have worked?" she asked, taking the fact his arms were away from his body as a great opening to tickle his side briefly with one finger.

"Angela!" Hannibal yelped, twisting away from her and mock glaring. "Not allowed!"

"It's only the other people aren't allowed to touch!" she laughed.

"You're not allowed to tickle me!" he exclaimed, shaking his head. "I don't need to be running around, giggling."

"I don't see you doing either of those," she pointed out. Did at least migrate her hand up to his shoulder again as she moved closer.

"And I'll continue not doing that if you don't tickle me," he said, smiling at her. "See how that works out?"

"You didn't do that even when I did..." Which was almost sad, because seeing him running around giggling would've been new.

"And I'm not planning on doing it," he said, "so don't get any ideas. I've got my pants off. That's as far as I'm going on the 'let's do something different!' scale tonight."

"Not the first time I've seen you with your pants off." Not so much different to her.

Yes, she totally knew what he was talking about, but she was also an incorrigible tease.

"And I am not taking my boxers off to give you something ne--" Wait, no, she'd seen that too. "I'm still not taking my boxers off."

Not that she'd asked or anything.

"What, now? Or ever, because that could get frustrating..."

"Now," he said and made a face at her. "I'm not taking them off now, right here, at the present moment."

"Ohhh," she said with a grin, as if that suddenly all made sense. "I don't remember telling you to, but okay."

"Take your shirt off," he requested sweetly. "How about joining me in the nakedness?"

"You were supposed to be putting yours back on," she reminded him, tapping his shoulder under her fingers. "Remember?"

"If I put mine back on, will you take yours off?" he asked hopefully.

Angela shook her head with a smirk. "I'm not quite as easy as you," she teased.

Not that she was complaining about that, really. Had her arm around the shoulder of a semi-naked him, it would be dumb to complain.

"Are you calling me easy?" Duh. She just had. "I am not that easy!"

Yes he was.

"So, if I started whispering sweet dirty nothings in your ear, and asked you to leave with me, you'd be able to resist?" she asked, grinning at him.

Oh, come on, he so wouldn't.

"...yes." No, he wouldn't. "Yes, I could withstand."

"I think you're ly-ing," she singsonged teasingly.

"Am not!" Because his ego was at stake here. He had to be defensive!
