Leda had, perhaps foolishly to attend this picnic entirely sober. This plus her nervousness made for a somewhat fidgety elf girl. Odd how her fidgeting kind of resembled american sign language finger spelling.

Oh Jon you enabler you. "Why thank you suh." Leda said with a very bad southern accent. She took the drink and smirked at all the new kids. "Isn't it nice to be on the other side of this?"

Thanks to Layla (http://community.livejournal.com/fandomhigh/2157924.html?thread=139196260#t139196260), Hannibal was down to just his boxer shorts (http://www.cityboxers.com/images/p/s2/2381.gif) and didn't seem too bothered by that at all. He was still enjoying the picnic, even as naked as he was.

Networking was a never ending job, so Turtle, of course, was still here, now there with a Squishy after a quick run to the store, and feeling pretty good about this new batch so far.

Surprise, surprise, Valentine wasn't really being all that social, but it wasn't like she ever tried to do more than just appear social. So she was there with some ice cream, watching the crowd and already planning some of the things she'd get to say on radio just by watching everyone interact.

Tara smiled and wiped her palms on her skirt. "T- Tara. I'm a sophomore."

"Ummm, grapey?" Tara said. She chewed and swallowed the one in her mouth. "Good! D-do you want one of mine?"

She noticed the ears but didn't say anything; she'd seen some pretty wicked plastic surgery.

"Nice to meet you, Tara," Turtle said. "I'm Turtle. I'm a senior. And I've been here since I was a freshmen, so if you need anything, I don't mind at all. Where are you coming from?"

It seemed that the other girl's shyness made Turtle want to seem extra warm and approachable.
