Phys Ed: Week 2, Period 1 (Fri. 1/16)

Once again, students were back in a traditional gymnasium. This week, instead of mats, a large quarter-mile circle was taped off into three lanes around the perimeter of the room. In the center of those circles stood a Satedan with a clipboard. He'd managed to locate a whistle since last semester and was the picture of a high school coach. If coaches had dreads and wore dress shirts with jeans. Nope, no uniform for Ronon.

Ronon started talking as soon as he felt like it. "Endurance is about sustaining energy over time. Today we're testing your endurance while running. Dress out, pair up, and see how far you can go. Remember to stay with your partner: if they can't go on, neither can you. We don't leave people behind." Ronon glanced at his clipboard before looking around for one face in particular. "Anyone need anything, Worf's got the TA job this go-round."

Gavin grabbed a uniform, checked for holes or anything else unsavory, wondered why these couldn't go the way of his other clothes and put it on.

Molly had never been so happy to see a gym uniform in her entire life. She slid it on under her coat, but over her underwear, and began to wonder whether she could keep it after class.

The gym uniform was a little better than what Claire had been wearing, so she didn't bitch too much as she yanked it on.

Priestly was about as enthusiastic about wearing his uniform as he'd been last week -- not very.

But he went ahead and put it on, anyway. There'd be time for rebellion, later.

Prince Edward was very glad to put on his uniform. His clothes were missing. AGAIN! Dinah was going to be so upset!

Éowyn had managed to keep her clothes clean enough that she was not having trouble remaining fully dressed, and to change into something that covered so little was still an embarrassment.

Adam was happy to have the gym uniform to wear. He thought maybe the laundry machines would've taken those too.

Ben was so very happy to see the uniform today: clean clothes, no matter how bright, were a bit of a rarity for him right now.

At least the uniforms covered everything and didn't seem like they were going to disappear like the rest of his clothes. Ugh.

Reno was more or less okay with the idea of putting on the uniform, today. Mostly because most of his clothing had vanished on him through the night.

K-Mart was oh so grateful for the gym uniform. Mostly because hi, not a fan of walking around in her underwear. She was used to not having much in the way of clothing, but this was ridiculous!

Jill wondered if she could keep her uniform after class. She didn't know who kept stealing all her clothes, but it was not funny.

Oh sure. The laundry strike hadn't touched the uniforms. "Well, at least it's clean." Momoko pulled at the shirt. Her real clothes would still be there when class was over, right?
