Management Theory [Tuesday, January 6, 4th period]

Yzma might have had a little fun working with the Danger Room.

To get to class, the students had to pull a lever, which dropped them through a hole in the floor into a roller coaster car, where they were attired in white lab coats, black goggles and gloves, and awesome blue skull caps with a little blue tassel on the top of them.

Yzma was waiting for them, similarly attired.

"Hello, my minions!" she cackled cried, waving them towards rickety little desks. "Welcome to management theory! Before coming here I ran a country for many, many years," even if she hadn't technically been emperor, but details, "and so I will have much to teach you."

She spun on one incredibly pointy heel. "If I find you worthy, of course." She pointed a gloved finger at a student. "You! Name, favorite appetizer, and largest number of people you have bossed around!"

She'd also be on the prowl lookout for the dimmest boy she could find to be her assistant.

Not that she missed Kronk. At all. Or his stupid spinach puffs.

Or pull the wrong lever, end up dripping wet and having to fight an aquatic animal of your choice. And THEN down the roller coaster and into the Secret Lab!

Appearing post lever pull and roller coaster ride, Toby was amazed by how hot he looked in the white coat and wee blue hat. Okay, so he'd unbuttoned the coat. There was a need to show off at least some of his bulging muscles.

"That was so freaking cool!" He was still talking about the outfit.

Chuck was never going to get used to this school. The roller coaster ride had been fun but the outfit he had been forced into was awful.

Having not been on a rollercoaster before, Edmund found himself flushed and wondering exactly what had happened. Also, why was he wearing a strange outfit?

Wendy emerged a short while later, dripping wet and dragging a dead Peruvian Flying Pike behind her.

"Why? Why would you have a lever like that?"

Okay, this class was awesome. First she pulled a lever, and had to punch out an alligator, and then she got thrown into a lab coat and down a seriously awesome roller coaster.

It was a shame that she couldn't flip a switch or something to end up back at the entrance so she could do it again.

Jaina had seen a lot of things in her time in Fandom. She'd run from angels trying to send her into the past, she'd decapitated demons, been turned into a newt, and generally had her brain broken on a daily basis.

And this was what made her speechless. On the first day of class. Point Yzma.

Eric, his hair dripping wet beneath his blue tassled cap, stared balefully at Yzma from the back of the room.

"Why do you even have that lever?" he muttered, although not so loud that she would hear him. He was still seeing the GIANT GAPING MAW of the alligator in his head.

That? Was not one of them.

She immediately pulled off the goggles, running her hand over the new hat as a way of figuring out what it was actually like. It really clashed with the bright red hair.

Romeo successfully got into the outfit and down the roller coaster ride, but he was starting to get the sense this wasn't the dull class on running a business he thought it would be.

That, in Romeo's opinion, was probably for the better. Weird, but for the better.

Okay, that? Turtle, having thankfully pulled the right lever, especially considering most aquatic animals didn't have shins, went spiraling down into the Secret Lab, extremely confused until she realized that it was insane and fun, but entirely not what she expected.

She was too busy giggling at the end of it to think to complain about having another class where changing into uniforms of a sort were involved.

This time.

Hinata squeezed water out of her, making mental note to be prepared for it if it happened next week, and hoped that the rest of the class was more ordinary.

Otherwise, this was going to be a very very long hour.

...Liir came in no-longer-wet, somewhat dizzy, and with a sucker mark on his left cheek. Considering the relatively landlocked state of Oz, he'd never encountered a giant squid before but he was glad it was a relatively soft and slippery thing (on one side anyway) and the dry lab coat was nice in that respect anyway.

The hat had to go, though.

Dōjima was a very cranky, disgruntled Dōjima. Lab coats, goggles, and blue hats were not a fashion statement she enjoyed.

"This place is insane," she muttered, pulling off the hat. "Absolutely insane."

Inara had never been on a roller coaster before, and was surprised by how much she'd enjoyed it (once she'd gotten used to the falling sensation, anyway). The lab coat, goggles, and gloves were a completely different story.

English wasn't expressive enough, as far as languages went, to cover her feeling on the subject of her new 'uniform' so she switched to muttering in Chinese under her breath.

Toby looked around, having missed something and finding it was his turn somehow. "Um, I'm Toby, I'm a senior so I'm graduating this spring. And Kevin always said I was a crazy bossy bottom." It was relative to the question. "And dude, my favorite appetizer is a nice spinach and artichoke cheese dip with those wee pieces of toasted bread for dipping."
