Phys Ed: Week 3, Period 2 (9/19)

When students entered the Danger Shop this week, rather than a gym, they would find themselves transported to a lush green hillside. With a whole bunch of sheep.

As usual, Ronon started talking when he felt like it. "Okay, today you'll work with a partner to shear some sheep. Mc-my teammate said this is a traditional gym class for the Scottish people. Call it cultural gym or somethin.'" Ronon gestured to an area with all the necessary equipment for the process. "Grab some tools and some instructions and get started."

Ronon stopped himself from turning away. "Don't forget to dress out. Locker rooms are right behind you." Ronon himself was again wearing his standard leather ensemble.

Like sheep. BAA! Or other animals, whatever!

There are doors to the locker rooms, magically located *waves hand* over there.

Get a partner and practice your brogue while you try it yourself. They're fake sheep, but Ronon will consider killing them grounds for detention.

Let's hope he's not a cannibal when he pings in.

He's watching closely. It's not like he's ever sheared a sheep before.

Friday went and got changed, all the while wondering how exactly this clothing was going to help him catch a sheep, let alone shear it. If only he'd been born a New Zealander.

Friday stared at the sheep. There was no way he was going to be able to catch one on his own, so he looked around pointedly making hopeful 'want to partner up?' faces at the people around him.

"Um, excuse me sir," Lois said, coming up to Ronon at the beginning of class. She wasn't dressed in her gym uniform. "Why do we have to dress in those gym uniforms just to shear sheep...and aren't we supposed to shear sheep in the summer?"

Lois wasn't so much worried for the sheep in the winter months as much as she really didn't want to have to touch a sheep.

Best PE class ever.

Helen called a sheep over to her. This looked like hot messy work, but she'd probably done worse.

Ronon shrugged. "You want sheep fur all over your clothes?" He was ignoring her other question. He came from worlds that all looked like summer in Vancouver, winter meant nothing.

Helen changed with a sigh. Worst part of the class.

"I don't want sheep fur on me at all," Lois said. "But since it seems you consider it to be a form of exerciseI wouldn't mind doing it in my normal clothes. To be honest, sir, every time you make me put on those ugly uniforms I die a little inside."

Yamanaka Ino

Ino glowered at the uniforms, severely in a Mood today, but got changed.

Firekeeper got dressed, still not sure why so many of her classmates hated the uniforms. They covered skin and didn't impede movement, therefore they served their purpose.

"You've got to be kidding me," she muttered vilely, waiting around with her arms crossed for a partner.

Firekeeper waited for a partner. Blind Seer... looked like he wanted to chase the sheep.

"Don't be stupid," Firekeeper said, kicking him in the ribs with one bare foot. "Even I can tell they're just illusions, and I'm nose-dead."

Lion-o

Lion-o was getting used to the uniform, sorta.
