Library [08/25]

Sam hadn't intended to come to the library today, since it was the week off from classes. But he'd heard through the grapevine - aka Zoe - that the school had gotten around to hiring a new librarian. So, he was taking it upon himself to make sure everything was as clean and organized as possible, just in case the new guy was a stickler for neatness and order.

"Those squirrels are just a bunch of voyeurs," Dean said, with no discernible irritation. In fact if anything his grin just got larger.

"They just have a job to do," Sam said, looking back at his work.

Dean rolled his eyes. "So you going to be pissy at me this week because I got some?"

"It depends on how many details you make me listen to."

"Giving details wouldn't be fair to Meg," Dean said as if the very idea was shocking.

"You're normally all about the details," Sam said. "I figured this wouldn't be any different, especially with how pleased you seem."

"Well part of that is you think the fact something happened is details," Dean pointed out. "Which, not so much."

"That and I know who was involved and how happy what happened made you," Sam replied.

"Yeah, well I think I'm deserved at least a few 'I told you so's considering how doomsaying you were when Alec came back," Dean said.

"You did manage to accomplish a sex thing I never thought you were going to," Sam admitted.

"Actually it's not the first time Alec and I... not that that's important. The important thing is that it happened and everyone's happy and satisfied and not breaking up with anyone or, y'know hiding in the basement with candy. You kept saying it was going to blow up in my face. It didn't. So..." Dean spread his hands. "I told you so."

Sam couldn't help but roll his eyes. "Well, I'm glad you're all happy. Even if it is kind of gross."

"Dude, if you think it's gross, you haven't been doing it right."

"Sex only requires one person," Sam said. "Any more than that and you're just complicating things."

"Dude, sex with one person is called masturbation," Dean pointed out. "And I know for a fact you've gone beyond that. Besides complicated doesn't mean bad necessarily."

"I meant one person besides yourself," Sam said, rolling his eyes. "And complicated is fine for you because you don't think about sex the same way I do. For me, it would be complicated."

"There would probably be some nervous freaking out at least," Sam said.
