Library [Saturday]
Mac had seen the news. With unexplained spirits popping up all over the place, the chances were there would be library-based research to be done. There usually was, so she showed up a little earlier than usual and brought copious amounts of coffee to fuel anyone who showed up.
Teddy!Ron was sitting on a stack of books overseeing.... Or, just sitting there, since he didn't do much else in this form. She just thought it might be more interesting for him if he was still in there somewhere, to be able to watch what was happening.

He sat some distance away from everyone but close enough that they could still keep with the library rules and not yell.
Re: Research Effort:
"Hmmm, this might be something," he said.
Re: Research Effort:
"What looks interesting?"
Re: Research Effort:
Re: Research Effort:
"Huh." He read it once more. "Looks important. Think the people in charge should know?"

Re: Research Effort:
"Fascinating," she noted, "and potentially useful."

And with the typical luck of a Liir at Good work, the words meant to be soft and personal struck at just the right moment, and he at just the right spot acoustically, to send it quite a bit farther.
"be of some use?"
Re: Research Effort:
"What do you have?"
Re: Research Effort:
"A lyre given to Amphion by Hermes, Olympian god of boundaries and of the travelers who cross them. The lyre was said to have powers bestowed upon it by Hermes, namely that it can build walls between worlds and seal portals. One of the problems is all the ghosts and such, yes?"
He pointed to the picture (http://i30.tinypic.com/34dlj6c.jpg) in the text he'd been working through.
"It's said to be in the Temple of Hermes on Mount Olympus. Wherever that is. Is that near here?"
Re: Research Effort:
Re: Research Effort:
"You do think, considering, that they'll lend it, won't they?"
Re: Research Effort:
Re: Research Effort:
"...it looks a little big to fit in my bag."
He looked up at Ned.
"But you think it might be helpful?"

Re: Research Effort:
But everyone seemed to be talking to the kid about what they found, so...
"What were those temples again?"
Re: Research Effort:
Re: Research Effort:
"Hermes. Right." He'd get used to this gods and monsters thing eventually. Right now he was just going to focus on his computer. Like a technological security blanket.
Re: Research Effort:
Re: Research Effort:
"Unless you're talking about the designer, we'll say no and leave it at that."
Even though he got an extra 'Were you dropped as a child?' look for it.

Re: Research Effort:
A beat. "Greek mythology that isn't as mythological as once assumed."
