Punching People and Not Breaking Your Hand: Fighting 101 - Period 5 - [05/26f]

It was Memorial day and they were in France.

France.

Deadpool wasn't a happy lil' butterfly.

"Today, I'm teaching you an important lesson on tactics. Maybe the most important one you will ever learn in your lives." A beat and he pulled out a picture of a mime. "This is the enemy. Study it well and be prepared to kill it. By any means necessary."

He shuddered. "Just a step below the common clown in insidiousness. They can't be allowed to propagate their invisible walls and ropes that pull nothing!"

There were the same punching bags from last week, but this time they had mime pictures taped to them. And a jaunty little beret on the top of each.

As far as Lois was concerned mimes were just monochrome clowns. She hated clowns. So naturally she hated mimes too. She had no problem with punching them.

If mimes piled out of cars like clowns did, John saw no problem punching them in the face. Creepy bastards.

...what?

O...kay.

Because my head wasn't already muddled up enough.

Giselle raised her hand instantly. "But perhaps if we talked to the nice little man, there wouldn't need to be any hitting?"

Jo found she couldn't muster the expected enthusiasm for beating on mimes.

That was...worrying.

Anemone stuck her hand up. "I don't get it. What's a mime?"

Unresolved childhood Issues began to flourish as Bob stared at the mime's picture tapped at the Punchbag.

"May I borrow one of your swords Wad.... Deadpool?" Bob was feeling a bit like Wolverine whenever he saw Deadpool.

Lois might have been having a little too much fun punching the mimes. She punched the beret off the punching bag and put it on top of her head. It looked better on her anyway.

Hitting the heavy bag was normally fun. Pretending it was an evil mime he was beating up made the whole thing that much sweeter.

Liir just wanted to hit something. So he started to hit it, regardless of what it looked like.

Well... if Deadpool said hit it, she was going to hit it.

A lot.

Giselle didn't want to hurt the poor mime. So she stood in front of her bag hoping that no one would attack it.

Anemone still wasn't sure why she was hitting the mime, but orders were orders, and it was nice to be able to hit things and not get scolded.

He squealed and punched the bag.... he looked so girly. Still, made him feel a bit better.

So he continued... for thirty seconds more as he got tired after that.

Everyone knew mimes were evil, so Peter had no problems with punching them.

Ron really didn't care if it was a mime. He just punched.

Sam didn't mind mimes, but they looked enough like clowns that he didn't have trouble getting into the right mindset for punching.

Eve liked hitting things, so it was easy for her to get in on this one. She proceeded to beat the crap out of the bag.

No, River was neither a clown nor a mime. She kept quiet about the fact that she rather liked invisible ropes and walls though.

Deadpool might be Gwynn's new favorite teacher.
