As much as Sam had enjoyed being in Mexico - he'd enjoyed most of the trip, at least - it felt good to be back in the library. Of course, it would have felt better if he'd been able to get his shoes on in the morning, but he wasn't about to try to argue with his sneakers before he'd had any coffee.

"I thought the mustasche she drew on your face was nice."

"What? I didn't...did I have something on my face yesterday?"

"It's gone now," Peter assured him. He helped himself to more donut.

Sam still wiped at his face anyway, and grumbled. "Never letting Dean get me drunk again."

Peter snickered and took pity. "I was kidding. But you really shouldn't let Dean get you drunk again. Maybe next time I'll change your hair color."

"Hey! That's not a very best friendly thing to do," Sam said.

Peter retaliated by looking cute.

"Oh, unfair," Sam said, putting his hand up in front of Peter's eyes to try to block them.

Peter laughed. "See? This is the kind of thing you should be using against Dean. Save you a headache later."

"I can't use the puppy look on him all the time though, or it stops being effective," Sam said.

"Good point," Peter admitted. "Maybe start bribing Grace to help you."

"I think I have to wait until Grace can start walking and talking before that'll work."
