Sam was doing his best to not think about the weekend as he went to open the library. He was working especially hard to not think about being in Dean's room the night before. There were certain things little brothers just didn't need to know about their big brothers.

Dawn was too busy kissing him to answer, but that didn't stop her from reaching out to thwap him on the arm.

Sam snickered a little more as they kissed.

Eventually remembering where they were--or, perhaps better, where they weren't--Dawn pulled away and smirked at him. "Definitely better than last time."

"Definitely," Sam agreed. "Even if I did have stupid hair."

"Really stupid hair."

"I didn't know who you were," Sam admitted. "That sucked."

"Yeah, okay, I didn't love that part, either. But, you remembered, and that's the important part."

"I still think you're crazy though. In a good way," Sam said.

"Why? I mean, er, why this time?"

"Just in general," Sam said. "Because you didn't freak out at me this weekend, and just took everything in stride. It's not a bad thing."

"Oh," she relaxed, "Well, you didn't seem unhappy or like you were in danger, so there wasn't that much to worry about. If it had taken longer than a day or two, I'd have been wigging more."

"I think you not wigging kept me from wigging," Sam said. "That really helped."

"I'll try to remember that for next time," she teased.

"Yes, next time Fandom sees fit to turn me into a plastic doll, you'll be more prepared," Sam said dryly.

"Hey, so will you," she reminded him. "Y'know, if there's a vice to the versa."

"What, if you suddenly end up in cute doll form?" Sam smirked. "That could be very entertaining."

She eyed him. "Why would that be entertaining? Oh my god, Sam, did you play with Barbies as a kid?"

Sam narrowed his eyes at her in return. "You know, despite how Dean teases me, I am not actually a girl."

"I don't think there's anyone at this school who knows that better than I do. Just--suddenly poseable plastic girlfriends sound dirty."

"I wouldn't be dirty!" Sam said quickly. "You weren't dirty with me."

"No, but...okay, fine. But you sounded so intrigued by the idea, I got worried."

"I was intrigued in an 'oh, the tables would be turned' kind of way, not a dirty way, I swear."

"Okay." She smiled sheepishly at him. "Sorry. My brain went someplace weird."

"Your brain goes someplace dirty." Sam grinned. "That's not always a bad thing."

"You sure? I mean, I wouldn't want you to be all talking to Dean or Peter, all 'Dawn? Oh, sure, she's a trampy crazed sex fiend, but otherwise, she's not too bad,' y'know?"
