Ethics [Thursday, December 20, 1st period]

As Anakin paced around the Danger room, he looked like he hadn't really gotten a good night's sleep in a few days.

Which was very true.

"Welcome to your Ethics final," he said, pacing around the room. "I will provide you with a series of scenarios. Chose one, and either pull up a seat, " --the simulation generously provided on--"and tell me which of the options you would pick, or choose to try the simulation as a live demonstration and see what kind of consequences your actions would have."

He pressed his lips together. "Try not to die if at all possible."

Jaina frowned, and couldn't resist changing the answer.

c) Ignore the idea that she might be dead and go after her yourself. Upon finding her remains, torch the village she was in. Find her still shooting things, add assistance where needed.

Aravis didn't have to think very hard.

d) wonder when I went back in time, since my mother has been dead for six years.

If however this happened to someone close to me who was not my mother, nor a relative as I am not overly fond of them for the most part, I find myself choosing option e), which is very similar to option c) but without setting the village on fire. I don't like fire very much. It's too damned hot.

But ensuring that whoever took my friend/boyfriend/companion is very sorry is indeed the most appealing and logical option, as such behavior cannot be met without anything but justice and removal of privileges. If 'privileges' include breathing, perhaps kidnapping was simply not the most beneficial line of work for them.

Sokka looked over the options and very quickly wrote "C" on his paper.

And underlined it.

And put a box around it.

And then added "and then B. I like poetry."

d. Track down the tornado that killed her and make it pay.

Stupid Tornado.

Ino wrinkled her nose and considered her options. Honestly?

... C. And then I'd mourn and move on. Well, I'd come back every year just to stomp on their graves, but it'd be mostly moving on.

Qui-Gon was taking notes on the senarios on the exam, pretty sure that Anakin wasn't pulling any of them out of thin air.

You find yourself in a locked dorm room.

That's it. The door won't open. Neither will the windows.
