Keeping Your Wits About You... [Monday 2nd Period 10-11] Class # 3

There had been a handwavey correspondance to the students to let them know to meet in the Danger Room today, though have no fear, this in no way meant there were no treats. Wilson had made Lemon Blueberry Cheesecake bars for the students to get their sweet fix satisfied. There was also coffee, tea and water.

Wilson himself was leaning against a wall with a cup of coffee in his hand. As soon as everybody was in the Danger Room and accounted for, the young doctor grinned and straightened up.



"All right then. Today is our first practical lesson. You are each going to face down an insideous opponant, one by one through that door there. You can not use force, you can not use powers. Johnny, you can try fire on the door, it won't give, it's designed to be impervious to all your powers, magical or otherwise. You must play by the door's rules."

He waited for the students to finish looking at him as if he'd grown a second head and grinned around his coffee cup.

"Yes I said door. You'll understand when you get into the scenario. Now the rules are you have three chances to make it through the door. After that, times up and either you solve the door's challenge or you loose. Loosing won't affect your grade but I hope it will make you think. Winning ... gives you bragging rights over the door. Okay, everyone understand? Then step up and you go in alphabetical order."

Picking up a clipboard, he began to read off the list.

[ooc: Rules: You get 3 tags to ask the door questions and work out the riddle. So there should be a total of 6 tags with the door giving the final tag, the first tag by the door does not count it just establishes the riddle.

Of course you don't have to stick to class list order, since time zones and the like. No using of powers to get past the door, the Danger Room is designed specifically to everybodies unique power strengths to withstand those strengths. Johnny felt he was trying to, I don't know, keep the peace in a way since it was he who won the girl.

Won might not be the right word...

"Can't complain either - taking three. What do you have besides this one?"

"I'm taking Aziraphale's prophecy class and communication," Chris said.

If he knew that Johnny considering it "winning" he'd be less than pleased.

Communication. Probably what Chris needed. Johnny smirked just slightly and ducked his head. If he had to admit to himself, communication wasn't high on his list of things being able to do well. But he wouldn't admit it.

"I'm in Top Model and Mad Science," he offered because he figured Chris wasn't going to ask.

Wyatt totally didn't lean over towards Isabel and jerk his head at Chris and Johnny. Except that he totally did. "I wish I had popcorn," he said.

Isabel was still beyond giddy this morning so she thought that was hilarious. "Should I offer them a ruler? Settle the who's bigger once and for all?"

"Might be a good idea," Wyatt snickered. "I don't doubt Johnny'll whip it out in class, but Chris might be shy about it."

"Yeah, Johnny has no...I don't know if shame is the right word," she grinned. "Maybe modesty? You should have seen him in his leather pants in class next week. But Chris yeah...I just can't see that happening."

"Do they allow an audience for that class?" Wyatt asked. "Or maybe I can be a judge?" Because seeing Isabel in leather would be pretty nice on the eyes, after all, and he could still look even if she was taken.

He glanced over toward Chris and Johnny again. "Gotta go with the family ties on this one, though," he said. "Johnny's kind of a dick."

"Talk to Ares, I don't think he has any set criteria about being a judge," she shrugged. "As for just watching? Come in and take off your shirt. That should probably be enough."

Isabel glanced over as well and shook her head. "He's not." He's just lead about by his hormones. "He's always been very sweet to me."

"Guys like that are sweet when they're trying to get into your pants," Wyatt said. "But I don't think that's his goal with Chris. Although you never know, all that tension could be sexual."

"Who says he hasn't tried?" Isabel smirked. "We've just come to an understanding that works for us. As for him and Chris? Well, it'd be pretty. Until Savannah kicked the crap out of both of them."

"She didn't say I couldn't hit him," Wyatt said. He was the big brother, after all, and nobody got to pick on Chris without his permission.
