"Welcome, welcome, welcome!" cried one Jerry, dancing around excitedly. He had Christmas lights around his housecoat and his wig was nearly falling off.

"Welcome to Introduction to Swimming and Boating for Beginners and Advanced Beginners!" said the other Jerry. He looked perfectly normal. Wherein "normal" is defined as "Jerry." So not normal at all.

"Welcome to Boating Safety for Canadians!"

"Welcome to Fire Safety for Albanians!"

"Welcome to Fire Alarms for Haitians!"

"Welcome to Alarming Science for Swedens!"

"Yes! We have science, Jerry! We brought it here for you!"

"Taste our science! Taste it!"

"This week, we shall study mating rituals of the porcupine!"

"This week, we shall make models of the Taj Mahal using only meat!"

"This week, we shall diagram the fall of the Roman Empire using spaghetti and an old toothbrush!"

"This week, we are going ... to the moon!"

The Jerries danced around singing atonally for a while. "The mooooooon, the mooooooon, we're going to the moooooon, the mooooooooooon."

Eventually, they stopped.

"All right, boys and girls and chickens and earworms!"

"All of you should grab a helmet!"

"All of you should grab a belt!"

"All of you should find your way to ... the moon travel chamber!"

In the center of the room were several milk crates.

"Yes! Yes! You must stand immediately in the moon travel chambers! With your helmets and belts! Or we shall never reach the moon, Jerry!"

Hurry up! You don't want to miss the moon, do you!?

It's become traditional, hasn't it? The crazy just keeps coming. Stare your eyes out.

They didn't bring any. But they did bring a moddable selection of goodies from the store (http://sizzler-sisters.livejournal.com/1675.html), so ... pick something from there and put it on your head. DO IT.

They won't remember about the belt. But you do need something on your head. Srsly.

Did someone say "mattress" to Mr. Lambert? Now I have to stand in the tea chest.

They didn't bring enough for everybody, so share. Or fight. Or take turns. Or kill someone and steal theirs. That one sounds fun, doesn't it?

Look, just because you're too plebian to realize that you've traveled through space and are now on the moon doesn't mean you didn't actually leave Fandom or anything.

You're on the moon, which happens to look identical to the room you were in a second ago.

It's a totally different thing. Really. Gape a little at ... THE MOON!

There will be an unplanned meeting with the Moon Ambassador, who is going to show up and welcome us officially. Isn't that nice? See, you thought we weren't on the moon. Guess we showed you!

Don't ping in this thread until the Moon Ambassador does.

Once you are done chatting with the Moon Ambassador, the Jerries lead you outside to a yard that looks very very very similar to the yard outside the Activities Area. (It isn't the same yard, as clearly, you're on the moon.)

"Now!" one Jerry cries. "Find us moon rocks!"

"And moon pastries!"

"And moon scorpions!"

"And moon swordfish!"

"Do it now, Jerry!"

"For science!"

There appear to be plastic Easter eggs scattered around in the yard, containing who knows what.

Did the Jerries place them there? Does the moon grow plastic Easter Eggs with random junk in them? Are the Jerries really sane and having you all on in an elaborate performance? Did the Jerries put them there for reasons unknown and forget about it entirely until two seconds ago?

... Probably that last one.

Find some eggs, Jerry! Open them!

Make sure you go back inside and get a ride back to Earth in the moon travel chambers. I mean, you wouldn't want to be stuck on the moon, right?

This class has really been a blast. Thanks to everyone who talked me into doing it and all of you awesome students for taking it and making it into something wonderful and the mods for letting me splash some random crazy all over the place. It's sort of a purplish color, isn't it?

Molly watched the Jerries dance about with an affectionate grin. She was going to miss this class.

Molly took the black top hat without a brim and put it on her head.

It's a purplish green to my eyes.

Molly went and stood in a milk crate.

JERRY SIZZLER

"Jerry," whispered one Jerry to the other. "The Queen Mother came to see us today."

Both waved happily. They would totally miss her, too, if they actually remembered that they had taught before and didn't now. That bit was questionable.

The Jerries looked over her brimless hat.

"An odd choice," said one.

"Yes, yes, a bold color for you."

"Just in time for spring!"

"We give it a seven."

"A seven-point-eight!"

"The point-eight is for the tassels."

"Yes, yes, the tassels! We are fond of the tassels, Jerry."

"We think they add a bit of flair."

Does the narration even need to point out that there weren't any tassels? Probably not, Jerry.

Molly waved back!

The Jerries ran in a circle around her.

"Moooooooooooooooooooon!"

"You are leaving the earth's gravity!"

"Hold on to your helmet, Jerry!"

"Do NOT drop your helmet!"

"We can't turn around and go back for it, Jerry!"

"Zoooooooooooooooooooooom!"

The next minute or two were just sound effects, really.

***hugs back*** I say it's violet-teal! A new taste sensation that's sweeping the nation! And thank you for everything, Jerry. Here, I show my love with bitter French-Canadian hookers. :D

Molly looked up, as if trying to look at the hat. "The tassels were my favorite part," she said with a grin.
