Try Diodorus.

Sir, I'm semi-literate with your alphabet and before Monday had never even touched a real paper book.
*calms. politepolitepolite.*
Your help is much appreciated, but I don't have any idea what I'm doing. You give me names, but where do I find them?
I ain't stupid. I'm just having culture shock.

[OOC: Of course, mun would be hurrying to figure it out for you... what do you (IC) need?]

I'm not asking you to do my homework. All I'm asking is for you to write the names down for me so I can find them. English spelling is very weird.
*flips through card catalogue*
*Looks at card and puzzles it out*
Okay, I think I understand how this works. Physical version of a StelNet search.
[[ooc: mun is a librarian, too. playing dense is great fun. Han just needs a couple of sources on Celts for 110.]]

Here *writes down names*. Match the first letter of the name in the card catalog, and then the second, and so on. Luckily, both "Caeser" and "Diodorus" are near the beginning of the alphabet.
*beat*
You do know the alphabet, right?

I can read, it's just your alphabet and spelling are new. Still getting the hang of them.
See *writes on a piece of scrap paper* this is what I'd be looking for at home.
I think I can handle this, sir. Thank you.
