Library open

Methos continues to tag books for shelving.

"Huh. The Abarat. That might come in handy someday at this school..."

I'd be interested in reading that one, then, sir.

Is there a second?

*looks hopeful*

*bristles, but tries to keep up the politeness. Can be VERY polite.*

Sir, I'm semi-literate with your alphabet and before Monday had never even touched a real paper book.

*calms. politepolitepolite.*

Your help is much appreciated, but I don't have any idea what I'm doing. You give me names, but where do I find them?

I ain't stupid. I'm just having culture shock.

*calm, polite, calm*

I'm not asking you to do my homework. All I'm asking is for you to write the names down for me so I can find them. English spelling is very weird.

*flips through card catalogue*

*Looks at card and puzzles it out*

Okay, I think I understand how this works. Physical version of a StelNet search.

[[ooc: mun is a librarian, too. playing dense is great fun. Han just needs a couple of sources on Celts for 110.]]

I think I said semi-literate.

I can read, it's just your alphabet and spelling are new. Still getting the hang of them.

See *writes on a piece of scrap paper* this is what I'd be looking for at home.

I think I can handle this, sir. Thank you.
