Library, Saturday evening

After this morning's adventures in town, Isabel hit the library to start researching. Surely somewhere in the books there was some kind of information about trolls. Every once in a while she'd look out the window and fret at the fighting.

"Maybe they were just around, or looked like easy targets," she says. "And how do we defeat them? Fire usually works. Cutting off the head a lot of the time..."

Jack wasn't an easy target, but then again, Radio did say he was with a girl. "I suppose we could always get out the makeshift blowtorches if we need to. They worked well against the mummies."

Hermione gets out her notes and starts making a list of potential weapons on a blank page. "Do you think they can be knocked out? That's how we dealt with ours. I'm not sure how strong they are..."

"I hit a few of them in the head with some chunks of driftwood. It didn't really slow them down unfortunately," she said.

"Did you see what did any damage?" she wonders.

"I tossed some sand in their faces, that blinded them for a bit." Isabel wrinkled her nose as the picture of troll boykissy flashed through her head.

"There has to be a way," she says confidently, trying to think of some spells that might work. "Nothing is invincible."

"Oh I'm sure there is. We just need to find it."
