Fencing Club, 5pm, Salle.

Peter arrived at the salle a bit later than he generally would. He hurried in to set up as others came into the salle.

"I apologise, I don't have a demonstration set up this week from anyone, so I think this shall be a rather basic week. Pair off or work on your forms alone if you like. Those of you who are starting out, if you pair off with each, we can work on some general block and attack sequences."

Luke came in, looking a bit nervous.

And the explanation of "my dead mentor told me I need the practice" was not exactly something he wanted to share.

Parker was warming up carefully, going through the stretches slowly.

Billy stretched, and thought maybe he'd see if any beginners wanted any help.

"Anyone need any help?"

While he waited to see if any beginners needed help (http://community.livejournal.com/fandomhigh/1086799.html?thread=61082447#t61082447), he went through a few practice forms.

Setsuna had really considered just skipping fencing today. She really had. But she knew Peter would worry if she didn't at least show up. As soon as she signed in, she tried to will herself into wanting to practise but...just...couldn't. Looking at the practise blades still made her hands twitch, sure, but not in an eager, excited way like it used to.

Drawing in a deep breath, she went to talk to him. "Peter? I...I'm sorry. I'm not...feeling very well today. Is it okay if I just skip out today? Or maybe just sit back and watch? I'll stay here and watch if you prefer..."

"Hmmm, nope," Willow said, giving Peter a teasing look.

"Hello!" a voice said from behind Peter. "Is it okay if I stay in the back and watch?"

He's there. He's quiet and watching.

Apparently the sun rose in the east this morning, too.

"Mind if I'm inquisitive again?"
