Bridge shuffles into the library, clinging to his cup of coffee like a lifeline.

The library is closed unless you work here. If you do, Bridge might be persuaded to share his bagels with cream cheese and strawberries with you.

Rory wandered in with her amazingly healthy and typically Gilmore lunch of M&Ms and pretzels. "Hi, Bridge! How goes the librarying today?"

"Pretty good," Bridge says. "Haven't shushed Peter yet, but Angela practiced her shushing skills on me."

"I heard about Peter," Rory said. "Has he been shush-worthy?"

"He was quiet when he was in here earlier, but he's coming back later to be loud," Bridge informs Rory.

"He told me he would," Rory replies. "I said I've never had to shush anyone in here before."

"That's what Angela said too!"

"People are good about being quiet," she says happily. "Want some candy?"

"Do you even have to ask?" Bridge says with a snicker.

Rory offers the bag. "You could be anti-colored candy today or something."

"And that is when you should check the basement for pods." Bridge says seriously, grabbing a handful of M&Ms.

"But if we were taken over by pod people, would they hang out in the basement? It's where the pool is," she pointed out.

"Pods are always in the basement," Bridge says with a shrug. "I haven't seen many old movies, but I have seen enough to know that."
