The Kludge's Guide to the Universe | Dangershop, Wednesday Afternoon (Week 3)

Harper was once again sitting with his feet up. He pointed to a list on the wall. "Spilt up into your assigned pairings."

Once everyone had divided up, Harper tapped his controller and cell walls shimmered into being around the different pairings.

"Inevitably, you are going to really annoy someone to the point that they'll lock you up and throw away the key. Unless you happen to have a very good lawyer, or friends with high powered weaponry, you are going to have to rely on your wits to get you out of there."

"Have fun."

[Cells are fairly basic closed boxes, with electronically operated doors. They have two bolted to the wall bunks with basic bedding, a toilet, and a sink.]

Cameron shrugged. At least it was an idea. "We can try," he looked at the doors. "Does this thing have a key or is it a code thingie?"

Cameron looked around to see if there was a camera. Not detecting one, he waved his piece of gum around. "You get gum?"

John considered using Fry's head as a battering ram, but didn't want to test the lunkhead's density.

Annoyed, Cameron tossed the gum onto one of the beds. "Stupid idea," he grumbled at John.

John looks at the cell light and the door. LIght. Door. Now, how could he electrocute the door lock from the light fixture?

Harper then had a very uncharitable and not very teacherly idea. One of these two bozos had broken Tyr. A little payback was in order.

"All right, gum is out of the question, but there is something you can do to get out of there."
