The Kludge's Guide to the Universe | Dangershop, Wednesday Afternoon (Week 3)

Harper was once again sitting with his feet up. He pointed to a list on the wall. "Spilt up into your assigned pairings."

Once everyone had divided up, Harper tapped his controller and cell walls shimmered into being around the different pairings.

"Inevitably, you are going to really annoy someone to the point that they'll lock you up and throw away the key. Unless you happen to have a very good lawyer, or friends with high powered weaponry, you are going to have to rely on your wits to get you out of there."

"Have fun."

[Cells are fairly basic closed boxes, with electronically operated doors. They have two bolted to the wall bunks with basic bedding, a toilet, and a sink.]

"Are you gonna do something or stand there all day using narrative? I just ate, but give it half an hour and I'm gonna be getting hungry." He rubbed his already gurgling stomach.

"Are you going to be an active participant in this jailbreak or are you gonna phone it in?"

John looks at the cell light and the door. LIght. Door. Now, how could he electrocute the door lock from the light fixture?

"Do you speak English or should I get a universal translator thing in? I already told you - 'I'll be over here napping'. Are you one of those aliens that needs everything repeated 3 times before getting it? I met one of those once. Nice guy, but telling him jokes got old."

Oh, this'll be fun which is why the Mun is fleeing to work so the rest will be slowplay. "YEs. Get the universal translator and stop using it as a suppository. Help me get us out of here."

John checks to see if he has his multitool. And to see if there's anything on the beds he can cannibalize.

"I'll be.. oh forget it." Fry closed his eyes and decided to nap rather than repeat himself again. It wasn't worth the trouble. If he hadn't listened the first two times, he doubted the third would do any good. He left John to it.

John quietly picks the lock with his multitool, his mini-multitool, and the hairpins he keeps in his left boot.

He refrains from braining his cell mate, since that may take a while (to discover actual brains to hurt).

Hrm... once he unlocks the door, does he let the weird guy with the orange hair out?

A piece of hairpin went "Ping!" and decided to investigate the other side of cell.

IF he unlocks the door.
