Photography [7/12]

Veronica had handwavy sent an email and hung some signs so students would know to meet in the Journalism classroom. She had a spread of bagels and muffins from J,GOB along with plenty of coffee and tea.

"Welcome to Photography," she said once everyone had arrived. "Help yourself to coffee and baked goods," she added as she began passing out a Basics of Photography handout along with a syllabus.

"For those of you that don't know me, I'm Veronica Mars. You can call me Veronica. I'm a recent graduate of Fandom High, but I've been an amateur photographer for a long time. So you know, the rest of our workshops could get a little messy with developing photos, so please don't wear good clothes."

She smiled. "Today's going to be an easy day. We're going to go over the syllabus and the basics of photography. I'd like to start by having you all introduce yourselves and tell me why you signed up for this workshop. Additionally, if you have your own non-digital camera that you'd like to use, please let me make sure it's appropriate. If you don't have a camera, you can borrow one from the school."

"Brian Krakow is jealous. And kind of a jerk," Angela said.

She still looked as if a gun was being held to her head. "Two shots? And you'll delete them if I don't like them?"

"It's uses film," Marty said with a small smile as he lowered the camera. "But if you don't like the pictures I promise that you can burn the negatives. C'mon. Smile. Think about brownie soup."

Angela had to giggle at that. "Okay. Two shots on your antique camera. And only because you mentioned brownie soup."

Marty had already snapped off four photos before Angela could stop giggling. "Yay! Candid shots!" he cheered victoriously.
