Photography [7/12]

Veronica had handwavy sent an email and hung some signs so students would know to meet in the Journalism classroom. She had a spread of bagels and muffins from J,GOB along with plenty of coffee and tea.

"Welcome to Photography," she said once everyone had arrived. "Help yourself to coffee and baked goods," she added as she began passing out a Basics of Photography handout along with a syllabus.

"For those of you that don't know me, I'm Veronica Mars. You can call me Veronica. I'm a recent graduate of Fandom High, but I've been an amateur photographer for a long time. So you know, the rest of our workshops could get a little messy with developing photos, so please don't wear good clothes."

She smiled. "Today's going to be an easy day. We're going to go over the syllabus and the basics of photography. I'd like to start by having you all introduce yourselves and tell me why you signed up for this workshop. Additionally, if you have your own non-digital camera that you'd like to use, please let me make sure it's appropriate. If you don't have a camera, you can borrow one from the school."

"Not too bad. I saw Angela yesterday; we're sharing a cabin." Janet reached over to hug Marty. "I heard Tahiti was gorgeous. Did you guys go any place else?"

"We visited Angel and Logan out in LA for a couple of weeks. Before that we stayed with Angela's mom for a little while and we just got back from Paris on Saturday," Marty said with a thought smile as he remembered various bits of vacation. "You do anything fun?"

"Ooh, Paris. What did you guys do there?" asked Janet. "How was 1995? Or is it 1996 now where Angela's from? Liz and I went to DC for the Fourth of July. Other than that, things have mostly been quiet. Oh, and I think the world was about to end a couple of times, but that's blown over. Like usual."
