As the students file in they'll see that the Danger shop appears to look like a normal classroom. Suddenly from the back of the room a sharp piercing whistle is heard as Dr. Cox marches into the room with a stuffed dug under his arm.

"SEATS! NOW!" He bellows and glares at everyone in the classroom until they are sitting at a desk.

"So you want to learn how to win friends and impress people. Do you realize how pa-ha-thetic you people are? I mean for the love of GOD people! Do you realize what this leads to? It leads you to becoming something like THIS!"

Cox flips a switch and in the Danger Shop a hologram appears of a middle aged man wearing a lab coat with red horns and a pointed tail. The hologram appears to be limited because it only says: "Who has two thumbs and doesn't give a crap?"

Then hologram points at himself with its thumbs. "Bob Kelso. That'd be me."

The hologram continues to repeat itself throughout class.

"This! This is what you'll become! DO YOU NOT SEE THE DANGER!! MY GOD NEWBIES! THE HORROR!! THE HORROR!!" Dr. Cox ranted.

He then took a deep breath and glared at the students sitting at their desks. "Let's get one thing straight people. Friends? Who needs them. Impressing people? Bah! What I am about to show you are the tools of the enemy. You will learn them. You will learn to fight them. I will give you the tools to fight them.

Cox points to seven random people an then points to Rowdy's mouth. "I want each of you to write down something that you want including your name. Put it Old Yeller's mouth here and the person who gets the object of your desire? You will try to schmooze it from them. The rest of you? You will fight to the fiber of your being to keep it from them. Then you will flip sides and the schmoozer will become the schmoozee."

"Maybe John wouldn't like you as much if you killed his toy." Blair nodded. "Maybe you have a tenous relationship with John and just one wrong move could make you break up. The toaster could be that last straw! Save the toaster!"

[Night!]

Aeryn pauses, then cracks up laughing. No, seriously.

Blair watched her for a second and shrugged. "Does this mean I win?"

Still giggling, Aeryn shakes her head. "No."

"Does this mean you think I'm funny?" Blair was totally at a loss here.

"No, not at all," she says, not meaning for it to be an insult. And she's under control now, really.

"Okay, I'm totally confused." Blair leaned back and studied Aeryn. "Why were you laughing?"

"Oh, the insinuation that the toaster would end everything was just ridiculous, that's all," she assures him.

"Not anymore ridiculous that someone insisting they had to kill a toaster." Blair muttered.

"I will frelling show it to you," she says. "When we are back in the dorms, I will open the freezer."

"You put the toaster in the freezer? That's torture! I'm pretty sure the Geneva convention prohibts that sort of punishment."

"I have no idea what that is and I don't care. It had to be done," she insists.

"It's a list of rules about how you have to treat..." Blair trailed off. "Actually, I'm not sure toasters are included. Still, I'm going to have to put my foot down. The toaster lives."

"Fine, I'll just drop it out the window then."

Blair shook his head. "Sorry, that might cause the toaster to die. No dropping it out of windows."

He thought for a moment and then added; "No throwing it out of windows either."

"Since when do you dictate how I can kill the toaster?" she asks. "You can say no- I won't be happy but you can- but if I want the toaster dead, I will make sure it dies."

"I am the one who protects the toasters, the one who sees that they live happy lives full of warm bread and clean crumb trays." Blair bounced. "I am ToasterMan!"

"Try and kill poor little Toasty and ToasterMan and all my electric minions shall rise up and thwart you."

Aeryn's eyes widen, and she backs away just a tiny bit. "You do that," she says. Because the toaster could always meet with an accident. It broke once...

"Just take good care of Toasty, Aeryn." Blair leaned forward and smiled in his best creepy superhero manner. "I'm watching you, aaaaalways watching."

[now I'm off to bed. Night!]

"I'll remember that," she nods, frowning a lot.
