"Morning, dudes! Today's my last day, and it's detention, and that's..." Ted trailed off in thought. "Actually, that's pretty much like when I was in high school. Anyway, war is hell and so is detention. So today, each of you dudes will face off with a most heinous spawn of Hell and you'll have to escape and/or defeat the bad dude. Okay? Excellent!"

There were five doors in front of them. Each door was a different color and had the student's name on it. "You can take in whatever you've got on you, but weapons and magic won't do any good. They're just hologrammy things. Step up, dudes. Oh, and at the end? You all get Twinkies."

Parker gave it a Look of Death. She was going to have to have her entire suit cleaned now. "No. Shoes. MY shoes." She got to her feet, and cocked her head, thinking. "Allergies?"

Maybe she could push that rolling chair across the floor, and knock it into the door, closing it?

The monster in the closet sniffled and nodded. "Shoooooes."

Parker blinked. "Waitaminute. You need to eat shoes to treat your allergies?" She dragged the comforter off the bed, and threw it to the monster as a handkerchief. "Here, wipe your-- whatever. Mouth. Something."

The monster did as instructed. "Shoooooes." It blew its nose, but the handkerchief wasn't big enough to cover its nose, so more dust, dirt and Doritos went everywhere.

Oh, this was so wrong. "You can't. Have. MY. Shoes." She glared down at herself again. "But I can..." It almost caused her physical pain to say it. "I can *get* you shoes."

"Mmmrph?" The monster in the closet perked up.

It practically went against her religion, but Parker took a breath, and looked around for a phone. "I can order some, have them delivered, and then will you let me out of here?"

"Arf," the monster in the closet said and retreated back into the closet. It closed the doors behind him.

Parker's scenario disappeared and Ted stepped inside. "Good job, babe! Remember - anyone, even the monster in the closet, can be bribed!"

"Thank you, Professor Logan." Parker had to giggle at this point, feeling pretty punchy. "Glad I didn't have to follow through."
