Student Art Fair, Friday afternoon, Dorms Front Lawn

Since it was set to be a nice day, the Art Fair was laid out on the front lawn of the dorms.

When people entered, they were greeted with a selection of tissue paper flowers in colorful - mainly blue - vases. Beyond that, there was a number of displays from the various participating classes.

The Student Art Fair was open.

[OOC: Students with projects should start a subthread under their class for their project containing a description or link to a picture of their project. GOB's students should just get in place and perform for however long they want to. They are free to come and go.

Conversations in general areas should go under the General Conversation subthreads. Confusing, yes? Actual viewing and commenting on the different projects should go under the student's subthreads.

For conversation in the general area of the Sex Ed display.

Peter placed his project on the table. It was a blown up condom with two rolled up balls of newspaper attached to the end. the whole thing was painted red. And to top it all of there was white streamers coming out the top.

He was calling it a fire extinguisher.

Tim hurried past.

Tyler made a doll (http://community.livejournal.com/fandomhigh/903307.html?thread=45116299#t45116299) with a condom head, pipe cleaner body, and feathers for hair.

Pippi made balloon animals that were then covered with paper-mache made with water, glue and strips of newspaper. These are then painted with latex and body paint.

There's a horse and a monkey. ((I know, shocker!)) But there is also one of Pup (http://www.livejournal.com/userpic/40961431/6348139) ~~impaling~~ playing with ~~an invader~~ a squirrel.

"Wow, that's good." tim said, before suddenly feeling uncomfortable in Pippi's presence for some reason and fleeing.

"Thanks!" Pippi chimed right before she had an inexplicable urge to grab Tim and yell WHAT THE HELL?!

Normally, Pippi worked to accomplish what she's thought of... But decides to let this one slide.

Walter set up his project, having to spend no small amount of time getting the leaning tower of ~~penis~~ Pisa (http://community.livejournal.com/fandomhigh/903307.html?thread=45108107#t45108107) to unlean enough to be partially ~~erect~~ upright.

Alec had a semi-elaborate diorama entitled "Monsters' Mating Dance (http://community.livejournal.com/fandomhigh/903307.html?thread=45235595#t45235595)" with two Jell-O and pudding-filled condom monsters rampaging and destroying wee putty people, putty helicopters and cars, and stomping all over the crushed remains of the city.

It kind of looked like this (http://pics.livejournal.com/x5_alec/pic/00004xfx), but more artsy-craftsy and less MS Painty.

Dean's project was a hunting scene. It had three pipe cleaner Hunters with little pipe cleaner guns (in contrasting colours) taking on a condom evil ghost (filled with pudding) in a graveyard, complete with silly putty tombstones.

The only thing Dean regretted was that the tombstones had been too small to try and carve any names into.

Tim snickered. "That's cool."

Cedric sets ups his collar made from a condom, silly putty, pipe cleaners and permanent marker. Even he can't suppress a smile when he sets it up.

Jack ran through the crowd, darting between people's legs, and launched himself at Cedric.

Cedric only has a quick second to realize there's something small, furry, and quick coming at him. Fortunately, that's enough time to get his arms up and catch Jack against his chest.

"Jack!" Cedric grins and immediately scratches his head. "Happy to see me?"

Jack nodded and nuzzled Cedric, yipping happily.

"Me too," Cedric says, smiling again. "Getting into any trouble around here? So many things for a fox to get into after all."

Jack sprawled in Cedric's arms, giving a quick headshake, and flicked his ears forward and back. //No. I've been depressingly well behaved. Do you know there's no other foxes at this school?//

Cedric smiles and, once Jack starts sprawling, scratches his belly.

"Your plant's fine, by the way. I checked it this morning. It says hello and it might've been laughing at your current predicament."

//Very funny.// Jack did his best to glare, but he couldn't manage it, eyes closing in bliss as Cedric scratched his belly. He yawned and went limp.

"You've worn yourself out already?" Cedric asks, still scratching his belly. "Been out meeting and greeting and charming, haven't you?"

Jack half-opened his eyes and flicked an ear in agreement. //And chasing a frisbee for some reason.// Whuffling happily, he batted playfully at Cedric's hand with a paw.

"Frisky tonight, are you?" Cedric grabs Jack's paw, shaking it gently before releasing it. "Even in your current state, you've been giving me creative ideas, you know."

Ears quivering, Jack scrambled upright and grinned at Cedric. //Oh?//

"Indeed," Cedric says and points down to his art project. "I made that while we were in sexual education. It's a collar."
