Library [05/31]

Rory, whose hair was already starting to frizz and curl due to humidity, opened up the library Wednesday and plunked herself behind the desk with a book.

She made a mental note to see about getting a fan in there, too. Because gah.

"Demon languages? Oooh." Dawn didn't know many, or much of those that she did, and Giles said her pronunciation was 'horrid,' but it was still a relief to hear that the sources of information hadn't been permanently and completely lost. "So who came up with the cure for Angel? Which was what, by the way?"

"I want to say Janet might have," Rory said thoughtfully. "I know it was a group effort, since Bridgey had to detect who was a Chosen One, but we were all scared he wasn't going to make it."

She shook her head. "He looked awful. And I have no idea what the cure itself was, since I wasn't in there when they gave it to him. But I'm pretty sure it was the combined blood of the Chosen people."
