Yogalaties, Morning

"Welcome, this is Yogalaties " said Orlin, sitting cross legged in a mat in the front of the room. "I am your instructor Orlin, you may have seen me around town."

"We will be covering in this workshop basic and advanced positions in both yoga and pilates to increase fitness and"a slight smile, "and expand your mind."

"Now if you will, intorduce yourselves and then we can begin."



[[ooc: sorry for the short on the first class *sigh* bad week. Rules and lesson plan will be posted up later this evening]]

"Yes of course," he said looking slightly embaressed, "You look different with out the desk. My apologies. I'll try to remember that desks are not part of a persons appearance."

Lana laughed, "Don't worry about it. Though I imagine this class would be much more difficult if the desk was actually part of my body."

"Could cause some problems," Orlin admitted chuckling, "Might need to make a new yoga move, 'attached desk' or something."

He chuckled, "WOuld be an interesting sight."

"Wooden wouldn't they? Since the desk would be attached somewhere around mid waist I would think."

Phoebe never lied to Camulus and she never lied to Orlin.

"Tired... worried. I haven't yet told Cole why he left."

"That might be a good idea, since he is rather protective isn't he." Orlin said, not looking quite so cheerful, "But I do have some good news despite all that."

"I'll have to tell him the truth sooner or later, but it's too hard to do it right now." She searched Orlin's eyes. "You do?"

He nodded, "Yeah, but now is not the time or place to discuss this. Later though, I promise."

Might help to explain the puddle jumper with pictures rather then just trying to explain it.
