"Welcome, this is Yogalaties " said Orlin, sitting cross legged in a mat in the front of the room. "I am your instructor Orlin, you may have seen me around town."

"We will be covering in this workshop basic and advanced positions in both yoga and pilates to increase fitness and"a slight smile, "and expand your mind."

"Now if you will, intorduce yourselves and then we can begin."

[[ooc: sorry for the short on the first class *sigh* bad week. Rules and lesson plan will be posted up later this evening]]

Who are you? No really?

can you do a downward dog?

What about warrior? All four of them that I can rememeber?

Laying on back, calves at a 90 degree angle to the floor, now sit up. And again.

Leg extensions? Lets combine that with downward dog hmm?

Just because. And all the cool kids do it.

"Hi, I'm Lana Lang."

"Phoebe."

"I'm Paige Matthews," she said smiling over at Lana and Phoebe.

Luckily Lana is pretty coordinated and very flexible. Otherwise...

Phoebe is very flexible and has no problems with the move.

"Nice to meet you miss Lang."

"Hello Phoebe."

This was accompanied by a real smile.

"Nice to meet you Paige."

Paige smiled up at the new teacher, "thank you, you too."

"I think I've seen you in Aereopagitica," Lana said with a smile.

"Yes of course," he said looking slightly embaressed, "You look different with out the desk. My apologies. I'll try to remember that desks are not part of a persons appearance."

Lana laughed, "Don't worry about it. Though I imagine this class would be much more difficult if the desk was actually part of my body."

"Could cause some problems," Orlin admitted chuckling, "Might need to make a new yoga move, 'attached desk' or something."

"And really, the leg lifts? Soooo wouldn't be happening!"

"Remember to breath in time to the music," Orlin said, deomstrating.

"Excellent Phoebe, now can you move from down ward dog to cobra then plank like so?"

He chuckled, "WOuld be an interesting sight."

Lana grinned, "And just think of how fabulous my abs would be!"

"Wooden wouldn't they? Since the desk would be attached somewhere around mid waist I would think."
