As the sun disappeared below the horizon on Monday evening, large, bright lights came on, illuminating the front lawn of Fandom High. There was a stage area with several chairs for the administration and special guests, as well as a podium and microphone. On the grass in front of the stage are rows and rows of chairs for parents, guardians, siblings and friends of the graduating seniors, as well as enough chairs for any faculty, townies and students who decide to attend. There is an aisle free down the middle and reserved seats in the front row for the graduating seniors.

All in all, the place looks fantastic decked out in blue and gold thanks to the efforts of the freshmen on the graduation committee.

Oh yes. Then there's the inflatable gremlin filled with helium off to the side that's the size of the building. It looks kind of cute, actually, just floating there while tied to the ground.

"If worst comes to worst, I have a camera on my phone," Bridge says, holding up a cellphone that looks... well, a bit more advanced than anything you'd find in 1998. Or 2006 for that matter.

"Yay, technology!" Willow said happily. "Oooh, what kind of phone is that? Is that new? There's not much technology at Hogwarts, since the magic makes it go all wonky. Oh, British speak! Giles and Hermione would be so impressed."

Actually, there was more likely to be some glasses cleaning and eye rolling.

Bridge laughs. "It's... well, actually, I think it may be outdated now, but I haven't been home in months so it'd be hard to tell."

"Outdated?" Willow was dying to get a closer look, but figured it would be bad to just grab it out of the hands of Xander's b-word type person. "Do you miss home?"

"Well, I miss my friends, yeah, but... here's great." He grins, and brings up a couple of photos (http://community.livejournal.com/fandomhighdorms/553762.html?thread=28798754#t28798754) on the screen before handing Willow the phone. "Here. These're from last weekend, when we got turned into little kids."

"Awww," Willow's expression softened immediately. "Wee Xander! Wee you!" She looked again. "Did he have wee underoos? The pictures are too small, I can't tell."

"I didn't... think to check?" Bridge offers with a shrug.

Willow nodded and handed the phone back. "Then he didn't have them. If he was that tiny and had underoos, he'd have been showing them off. Hypothetically speaking."

"Aww," Bridge says with a grin, because damnit, that's cute.

"Again, speaking hypothetically, it was very awwww." She smiled at him. "So, if you're all married and stuff, does that make you my brother-in-law?"

"Huh," Bridge tilts his head. "I suppose it might."

"Yay. You're stuck now, you realize." She hugged him again. "The good news is that the shovel threat works both ways."

Bridge grins. "Except I don't think we'll need to worry about that. No yelling or being mean is allowed. It's in the rules."

"Those are very, very good rules," Willow said, blinking a few times. Stupid allergies. "No wonder he married you."

Bridge really has no idea what to say to that, so he just blushes a little.
