Anakin's children had outgrown a summer slide obstacle course years ago, but it didn't mean it wasn't stuck in the back of his brain as an option for torture team building.

When everyone arrived at the park, they'd find a rickety-on-purpose wooden bridge across the duck/flamingo pond, an entire line of inflatable hurdles being sprayed by sprinklers, some kind of ring toss with a water cannon pointed at where the participants would be standing, and a Slip 'n Slide that would really serve no purpose other than to remind adults that gravity exists and they shouldn't be on a Slip 'n Slide past the age of about ten.

"Today we're running an obstacle course!" he said. At least it was stupidly humid outside, so getting wet wasn't a hardship. "Fastest through wins! No power usage! Listen for your names!"

Summer was, of course, making an appearance to see who genuinely earned free shots that day, as well as spending another week gloating gloating about not having been called down yet again.

An attitude that you'd think would bite her in the ass next week, but only time would tell!

Eddie was absolutely thrilled to not have his name called for this one. Even if he did snap a photo of the shirts to share with Buck as he set down his first aid kit.

Look, a slip'n'slide was just asking for cuts and bruises.

No one should see Beaker trying to strike a sexy pose.

Graham actually really liked the arrow on his shirt, even if he failed to see what it had to do with pond hair (hair wet from the pond? Hair made from a pond? Was it much different from a swamp mop?), but the moment he saw everything focused around the pond, he was too nervous to really care.

Sure, it didn't look that deep, but anything that reminded him that he couldn't swim was always going to add an extra layer of distress for him. He just really had to focus and hopefully it wouldn't be an issue!

Sidon didn't quite understand his shirt, though he appreciated the apparent enthusiasm from the funny little man and his slip'n'slide. As he pulled on the impressively large shirt and maneuvered it around his head fin, though, he was glancing a little nervously toward the obstacles, because a fair number of them could spell potential trouble for one with claws.

How thrilled he'd be to discover that it wouldn't be an issue for him this week!

Whenever Libby wound up with a shirt that she genuinely liked and not in a 'this is so ridiculous you can't help but like it way,' she was always just a bit suspicious that she simply wasn't in on the joke.

And, as she pulled on her shirt and then pulled out her hair from out of it and contemplated tying it back, she felt as if she was perfectly okay with that.

Sakaki's disappointment in her shirt had nothing to do with the shirt's message, and everything to do with the fact that there wasn't even anything remotely cute about it, and therefor it felt completely pointless, but, considering the other options, she supposed that she at least wasn't missing out on anything cuter this week.

Steph was... not in a great mood today, no, but she'd come down anyway in hopes of a distraction and was simultaneously a little bit relieved and a whole lot disappointed to not see Vi there. Not that she blamed Vi at all for wanting to avoid her. Still, ouch.

Seriously, she couldn't even muster up a crack (heh) about this week's shirts.

Run across the rickety bridge! All four of you--Beaker, Sidon, Graham, and Steve-- together! Do not fall into the nasty pond water!

Spoiler: the bridge is designed to knock you into the pond water, especially with Sidon's weight on it. Anakin is very, very mean.

Steve stepped onto the bridge, knees bending to compensate for the wobbling. He glanced at the competition and made a silent bet about how far Beaker would fly when Sidon started to run.

Obstacle Two!

Hurdles! Once your teammate finally gets out of the pond, they smack your hand and send the next teammate--Jon, Lana, Stark, and Hannibal--jumping over fifty yards of plastic inflatable hurdles.

Easy enough, except they are placed on grass and Anakin's had the sprinkles pointed at them for a half hour. The grass is slippery, the hurdles are slippery, the sprinkles are going to get you wet...fun times for everyone! And by everyone we mean "mostly the spectators."

Obstacle Three!

Once your teammate slides through the hurdles, the next teammates--Rey, Steph, Sakaki, and Jo--get to try their hand at ring toss, Skywalker style.

In other words, be really worried about that water cannon. You need to toss three rings onto the ring toss...catcher thing...ten feet away. Every time you miss, you get nailed by the water cannon, which is shooting out extra soda from last week's shenanigans.

You lucky, sticky people, you.

The Slip 'n Slide!

It's wet, it's going down a hill, there are definitely weirdly hard bumps underneath its plastic surface because that's just how Slip 'n Slides work.

We wish we could say that it was wet with water, but it's Anakin, so it's water and chocolate pudding. For the team building. Goose, Miguel, Libby, and Gray? He's not even that sorry, either.
