Library, Thursday 3/17
"I didn't know we had this many books with green covers," Belle said to herself when she entered the library. The library did have that many green books though, at least at the moment, or else they wouldn't be scattered all over the place.
The books weren't the problem. Belle was happy to peruse them while occasionally trying to round up and shelve some. The problem was that sometimes, out of nowhere, screams could be heard.
Were the screams coming from the books? From gremlins? From some sort of interdimensional portal? Belle had no idea. She just knew that she jumped every time she heard one of the screams and that she grew very, very tired of hearing them very, very quickly.
The library was open. It was just inexplicably full of screams.

She still wasn't sure she wanted to ask if he'd turned to murder to deal with the lack of his other vices.
"Though I don't mind most of it."

Someday she would turn into something and be rather less enthusiastic about the whole thing.
"And it's been very interesting meeting so many people from so many different worlds."

Belle had never been in any real danger. On account of someone being right there to whisk her away to safety when necessary.
"I didn't much enjoy turning into an ogre at the one dance," she admitted.

Whereas when he turned into a cat it had been just to vex her. Obviously.
"I liked all of the little things at the end of the year. The sugar snow and such."
