As the day went on, the humidity didn't get much better, but the fall decorations seemed to be holding out. If some of the apples and pumpkins disappeared... well, the wildlife deserved to have a festive day too, right?

[OCD is up! This is the picnic post for general mingling. Roommates, fake siblings and teachers are all here. Since it's outside, the picnic is open to all students, teachers, and townies!]

"Oh, well," Nell blushed a little. "I'm kinda good with growing things. Trees, grass, flowers, whatever. I can make'em grow better or faster and if I know a place well enough I can kind of sense what's going on with the land. And I've been here three years now."

"The other world?" Nell said. "Well, I'm from Tennessee and sometimes that seems like a while other world."

"Oh," Terra's face fell just a bit. "But it's here in America, isn't it?" Where Terra clearly wasn't from, what with that British Solarian accent and all.
