"Today we'll do something slightly less physical," Anakin announced through his bullhorn, "though really, if you think about it, it could get a little physical."

That boded well.

"This week, teams do not get t-shirts--" Things were looking up! "--because you may use the fabric from them--and from all the other shirts and socks--to create fashion!"

And no one knew fashion like a guy who'd been wearing a robe for the better part of 40 years.

Beaker meeped next to him. "Right," Anakin added because this part was important. "Fashion for gremlins! It will be entertaining. Your gremlin will need something to cover their body as well as some sort of hat! You will work in teams of four! Try not to get bitten!"

He waved them towards tables full of moddable materials: fabric, lace, twine, buttons, zippers, old macramé gremlin outfits...

"Oh, I'm sure we can do far better than just a mere robe," said Ignis, with a slight huff, as he considered the other possibilities.

And that one of his teammates was also in a robe.

Several of them in fact.

"No offense," he offered, unable to help noting that he also wore a hat, and a very simple one, and so help him, if his name was attached to anything involved dressing up a gremlin like this man...

To that, Shunsui could only grin and bow his head graciously. "None taken ♥," he assured Ignis, especially since, well, between the two of them, which one do you suppose was the most effortlessly comfortable, anyway? "Though I would like to point out, that our esteemed ringleader in this particular circus," with a gesture toward Anakin, "is also a fan of robes. Perhaps something worth considering ♥."

He honestly didn't care, as long as he didn't have to do anything too strenuous or involved, but a robe did seem less likely to get him bit if he did end up being the person to dress the thing.

Ben burst out laughing. "I say we dress the gremlin exactly like Grandad. Plus a hat."

"What sort of hat would suit the gremlin best?" Clare asked, poking through their pile of materials. "We have those ugly socks--maybe a stocking cap?"

Shunsui grinned faintly more at the slight turn in the tide. "Play to one's audience ♥," he agreed, "and you can never go wrong ♥. And I think a stocking cap would be a fantastic idea, my dear, that's very clever ♥."

Would he pretty much have doted praise on any of Clare's suggestions based soley on her being the only young lady of the team?

Without a doubt.

"Well," said Ignis, trying to take this with as much dignity as he could muster, "I can see I'm clearly being outnumbered here. But I suppose we can still manage to make a robe a rather...elegant and fashion-forward statement."

Ignis, this was for a gremlin.

"Perhaps we can work a fetching embroidered hem?"
