Continue Trying Not to Die, Friday, July 24, 2020

"Today we're going to Malawi," Anakin said, "which is a country I've never heard of, so we'll all be learning something new today!"

Wasn't that not at all terrifying, class?

"It's a country in Africa," he said, pointing to it on the map, "but we will probably not be eaten by lions!"

Way to sell this, Anakin.

"Through the portal, everyone!"

Eleanor was in front. Totally. But then the damn drummers wouldn't get in the boat no matter how many threats or coercive tactics Eleanor attempted to do.

She eventually dragged them into the dugout canoe and threatened their lives which was another point deduction in the afterlife.

Alara decided to tackle Dugout, the actual canoe paddling part wasn’t too bad but she had underestimated how loud the drumming was and it distracted her quite a bit as she made her way to shore for the next clue.

You'd think someone raised in a fishing village would've done well at either task.

Normally, you'd be right.

Again, Jules was going to blame Camden. She didn't fit in the canoe, so that option was right out, and then her presence upset the passengers on the ferryboat, and it had taken all of Jules' patience to coax them out.
