"Welcome to class," Duke told the llamas when he arrived today. "Don't suppose you're going to try any of our poses."

One of the llamas spat at him.

"Alright, let's get right to it," he told the students when they arrived. "We're going to try out some twists today, so I want you to really warm up those core muscles. And remember, we've got straps and bolsters for those who need them."

The llama spat again.

"Unfortunately we do not have handy-wipes. I'll try to remember some next week."

Twists and llamas!

These poses range from lying on the ground with your knees to one side to folding yourself in half and standing on your hands.

Are you more of a Bharadvaja's twist type? Or maybe a half-lord of fishes? Or would you rather stick your head on your knee backwards? Or touch your toes in the air?

There's something for everyone!

Freya was feeling an odd sort of kinship with these llamas, which she became significantly less wary of in the immediate realization that this was not simply a slightly odd pronounciation on the word lamia. She would much rather learn these new ways of moving in the company of pack animals with comfortingly familiar snouts and ears over the incredibly large snake monsters that infested Gizamaluke's Grotto and had a terrible habit of leaving you confused and disoriented, if not dead.

Though a few of the llams did seem to have their hearts set on disorienting her a few times, but this was clearly just because they wanted pets. Or rather scratches on their flanks, once they discovered Freya had claws that were excellent for that.

"Let's be clear here," Danny told a particularly aggressive llama. "You spit on me, you're gonna be a nice rug. Capiche?"

The llama was thoroughly unmoved by the threat.

Karolina was probably going to try her hand - body? - at one of the more advanced poses for this.

But first... She was going to be completely distracted by the llamas. Both because they were just kind of funny-looking, but also because she was feeling a little wary of getting spat at.

Stark was keeping a respectful distance from the llamas while attempting a half-lord of fishes. He didn't want to be spit on and if they wanted attention, he reasoned, they would come closer.

Talk to Duke

He's working on the Pose dedicated to the Sage Koundinya I. Because he was addicted to arm balances.

Also, he might be trying to "accidentally" kick those llamas and keep them away from him.
