Library is Open, 4/5

Zero opened up the library, as was usual for her on Wednesdays, and briefly disappeared into the stacks looking for something to occupy her time. She returned with The Pearl Blade, the third in the "Jewels of the Caribbean" series by Angelica Demesnes, her new favorite author.

"Yeah, I think so," Allie said, still blushing. "And, um, I need something on," she coughed and lowered her voice, "erotic art. It's for Dr. Grissom's class," she added hastily.

"Erotic art, right, I think that's in Special Collections. You'll have to have a note. Do you have a note?

((No problem. But as you can imagine, they don't keep the nakey stuff out where just anyone can see it, or they'd never get half the boys out of the library.))

"No," Allie said with a frown. "I didn't think about it." Her cheeks were still flushed with embarrassment. "What about regular art books?"

"Art's over...there." Zero pointed to an aisle. "The third bookshelf in."

"Thanks," Allie said, scurrying away.

A few minutes later she came back with two books that had pictures of art that might be considered questionable. She was kind of glad that she couldn't get anything really... dirty. She'd be way too embarrassed.

"Can I check these out?"

"Yeah, sure." Zero took them and stamped them out, then registered them on the computer before handing them back. "They're due in two weeks."
