Anakin had learned from leaving just a note for the students. Today, he waited until everyone was seated before his voice boomed ominously through the classroom. "Under your desk, one of you will find an X. The rest of you have the goal of discovering who that person is and either protecting them or turning them over to authorities when they arrive in 30 minutes."

There was a long pause. "Student X, you know what you did."

Nothing, but that was part of the point.

Tisarwat checked under her desk; no X. She glanced around the room curiously, wondering if she could figure out who had it or almost make things a little more interesting by making it almost seem as if she had it, but then there were portals.

And ice cream, but Tisarwat wasn't as interested in that part. And it looked like a good handful of the class was going to go, too. She wouldn't go so far as to say she'd just do what the majority of the class did, but it would be much more interesting on the other side of those portals than sticking around and playing Point the Finger with only half the class.

Especially since, if the person who had the X had any sort of brains, they'd go with the portals, too.
