Creature Languages, 3/30, Period 3

Zero looked a little dismayed by the packet of information Professor Dream had left her. "Right then, as you know, Professor Dream is away, so today and Monday, I'll be running the class. And we are going to be studying...sharks. Joy. We have this DVD to watch, and these...does this say...we have these Landshark vocabulary sheets to study."

She hit 'play' on the DVD player and could be heard to mutter, "I hate sharks."

Sharks? Eh. Rats and dragons were cooler, but it was an assignment, so Victor paid attention anyway.

Draco found himself falling asleep on occasion during the movie. Sharks were stupid. And what the hell was a landshark?

Sharks were cool. Molly watched the video with interest.

Things with big bitey teeth were always of interest to Walter. He watched the video and so did his secretary bot. No way was he taking all his notes in Hangman-ese.

Sharks are kind of awesome, as long as you're not stuck in the water with them. Almost awesome enough that Xander didn't need his styro-cup of caramel mocha to stay awake as he watched.

Yeah okay, not that awesome.

Pippi is terribly interested.

She's talked to sharks before and found them very resonable.

Stark still thinks that sharks have far too many teeth. Nothing needs that many teeth. Nothing.

Victor looked over his sheet and for someone to practice it with. One never knew when they'd be trapped in the dream realm with a nasty talking shark-creature.

Draco began to study his vocab sheet and memorised how to say "No, I am not opening the door to accept your candygram."

Molly looked over the study sheet carefully. There certainly were some interesting phrases prepared for speaking to the landshark.
stykera: (what a dork)

Stark blinked a few times at the sheet, wondering what a landshark was. Then he wondered if he wasn't better off not knowing. Still, it was probably a good idea to try out a few phrases anyway. He'd have to figure out what a "candygram" was later.

//my, what big teeth you have//

//Please do not eat me.// he muttered to himself.
Well, that was bound to be useful, right?
